Who we are
WE ARE ATHLETES OF ACTION
Athletes of Action is an organization based in McKees Rocks, PA with a mission to perpetuate the legacies of athletes and coaches from our area, and raise money to provide scholarships for student athletes from the Montour and Sto-Rox School Districts. Annual scholarships are based on a graduating senior student athlete's excellence in academics, athletics and community service.
What we do
Athletes of Action hosts an Summer Bocce Tournment each
year and a Fall Golf Outing as fundraisers. Our luncheon includes a
"Meet, Greet, & Reconnect Social",
catered buffet, keynote speakers, door prize give-a-ways
and our popular golf packages raffle. Many attendees are
current and former athletes, boosters, coaches, and
fans from the Greater Pittsburgh and McKees Rocks areas.
Over the last 11 years, we've awarded $57,000
to 47 scholar athletes. In addition, we help
sponsor a Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner for
needy families and donate to a variety of boys
and girls community sports teams. Athletes of
Action is able to provide all of these programs
because of the support from individuals that
attend our yearly activities.

TICKET PRICE: $35 includes Social with Coffee and Donuts, Lunch Buffet, Guest Speaker and Door Prizes</p>
TIME: Doors open at 10:00 a.m. for meet, greet and reconnect social. Lunch served at 11:30 a.m.
